1. Shipping Charges

• We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India.

• No additional delivery or handling fees will be charged at checkout.

2. Delivery Timeframe

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.

• Delivery times may vary based on your location, but most orders are delivered within 5–8 business days from the shipping date.

• During peak seasons, festivals, or sales, shipping may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during such times.

3. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number and courier details.

• You can track the status of your shipment on the courier’s website using the tracking number provided.

4. Shipping Locations

• We currently ship across India.

• For any requests outside India, please contact us at help@aurikaa.co.in before placing an order.

5. Delivery Attempts

• Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.

• If the package is undeliverable due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order may be returned to us.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

• If your package arrives damaged, or any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details.

• We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
