Cancellation and Refund

At Aurikaa, customer satisfaction is important to us. We craft each jewellery piece with care, and we understand there may be rare instances where you need to cancel or return your order. Please review our policy below.

 

 

1. Order Cancellation

 

  • Cancellations are only allowed on the same day the order is placed.

  • To request a cancellation, you must contact us via email or phone on the same calendar day as your order.

  • After the same-day window, cancellations will not be accepted as production or shipping may have already begun.

 

 

2. Refund Policy

 

  • A full refund will be issued only if the cancellation request is received on the same day of order placement.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after the same-day period.

 

 

3. How to Request a Cancellation

  • Full Name

  • Reason for Cancellation (optional)

 

 

4. Non-Refundable Items

 

  • Personalized or custom-made jewellery is non-refundable once production begins.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or customer error are not eligible for refunds.

 

 

5. Important Notes

 

  • Same-day refers to the same calendar date (from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM IST) the order was placed.

  • Please allow sufficient time for payment providers to reflect the refund in your account.
